Terms & conditions
Below are the terms and conditions you are required to agree to before your first Good Health coaching session, along with a coaching agreement and informed consent form. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Good Health Coach.

I understand that any advice or guidance is not intended to replace that given by a medical practitioner.

I agree to discuss any major changes to my diet or lifestyle with my medical practitioner first, and to advise Good Health Coach of any changes in medication or treatment after your initial coaching session.

I agree to provide accurate and honest information with regards to my (past and current) health or medical conditions, including any current medications that may be relevant.

I understand that information from my coaching sessions and any resultant information and resources are intended for me only. Good Health Coach accepts no responsibility for any third parties you choose to share your coaching information with or how they choose to use that information.

I agree that I will not use any information received to self-diagnose or treat any conditions without first discussing with my medical practitioner, other health professionals and Good Health Coaching.

I agree that I will pay any fees to Good Health Coach invoice prior to my first session. Payments options are discussed during the free Discovery Call.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policies
Changing your appointment

You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, without charge. You will be unable to change your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, there will be no refund (see refund policy below).
Missing a coaching session

No refunds are given for no-shows or missed sessions.
Refunds of packages

Good Health Coach requires notice of 14 days if you wish to cancel your coaching package (Let’s Get Started Coaching Package; Let’s Get Serious Coaching Package; Next Level Coaching Package - $1320; Check-in Coaching Session) after you’ve paid and scheduled your sessions. An early termination fee of $250 and an administration fee of $30 will apply before a refund of the remaining payment will be paid to you, or held in credit for future sessions for a maximum of 12 months.

Your booking includes a $30 administration fee which is non-refundable due to costs incurred when the booking is made. Any refund given under the conditions listed above will be minus this $30 administration fee.

Your fee will be refunded in a timely manner but be aware that the payment software holds funds for 7-10 days. We process refunds once the funds have been received.
Refund summary

In summary there are no refunds in the following circumstances:

​For coaching sessions changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

A no-show - not attending a coaching session as agreed and scheduled.

Once the coaching session has taken place.

For cancellations of coaching packages with less than 14 days' notice.
Privacy
The Good Health Coach promises to ensure all your details and information given are kept in the strictest of confidence and we will not disclose any details without your prior consent, such as when consulting with another health professional.

The Good Health Coach does maintain the right to consult as required with their qualified colleagues if a wider knowledge base or second opinion is deemed necessary for the very best service to be offered, with prior consent from you as a client.

The Good Health Coach aims to treat you with respect, understanding, non-judgement and care. We strive to ensure that you are receiving optimal health, wellness and activity coaching to help you on your health journey.
