These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Good Health Coach. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms, which constitute a professional coaching agreement and informed consent.

Professional boundaries and medical disclaimer

I understand that coaching advice or guidance is not intended to replace that given by a medical practitioner.

I agree to discuss any major changes to my diet or lifestyle with my medical practitioner first, and to advise Good Health Coach of any changes in medication or treatment following the initial session.

I agree to provide accurate and honest information regarding my past and current health, medical conditions, and medications.

I agree that I will not use information received to self–diagnose or treat any conditions without first discussing it with my medical practitioner or other relevant health professionals.

I understand that coaching sessions and resources are intended for my use only. Good Health Coach accepts no responsibility for how third parties use any information you choose to share with them.
Educational reports for legal counsel
Where Good Health Coach is engaged to provide educational reports for use in legal proceedings, these reports are based solely on the information provided during coaching sessions. These reports are educational about the coaching process in nature and do not constitute a clinical or psychological diagnosis.

Conduct and session requirements
I agree that I must not be intoxicated with alcohol or any other substances at the time of a coaching session. If intoxication is suspected, the session will be terminated immediately without a refund and may be rescheduled at the discretion of Good Health Coach.

Fees and payment
I agree to pay all fees invoiced by Good Health Coach prior to my first session. Payment options and structures are discussed during the initial discovery call.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Changing your appointment: You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Appointments cannot be changed within 48 hours of the booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded.

Missed sessions: No refunds are provided for no–shows or missed sessions.

All packages booked are to be completed with 12 weeks.

Every booking includes a non–refundable $30 administration fee to cover costs incurred at the time of booking.

Refunds are processed once funds are cleared by the payment software, which typically takes 7–10 days.
Summary of non–refundable circumstances

There are no refunds available in the following instances:

Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Failure to attend a scheduled session (no–show).

After a coaching session has taken place.

Cancellations of coaching packages with less than 14 days' notice.
Privacy and professional care
​
Good Health Coach maintains the strictest confidence regarding your personal details. We will not disclose information without your prior consent, except where required by law. We reserve the right to consult with qualified colleagues for a second opinion to ensure optimal service, which will be discussed with you in advance.
Good Health Coach aims to treat every client with respect, understanding, and care, providing evidence–based coaching to support your health journey.
