Group coaching is a powerful way to keep your sobriety on track and build a support network. Six weekly groups are coached by Paulette and include education, skills and support through members sharing their experiences. First course starts Feb 3, 2025. Affordable value - $300 for the 6-week course.

About the event
Group coaching is a powerful way to keep your sobriety on track and build a support network. Groups are coached by Paulette online on Monday evenings for 6 weeks and include education, skills and support through members sharing their experiences.
Privacy is crucial. All participants will sign a code of confidentiality but feel free to leave your camera off and use your first name or a pseudonym if you wish.
Cost: $300 for 6 x weekly group coaching sessions
